How payment works

Your assistant never touches your card. When you decide to book, it creates a pending reservation and hands you a secure Square-hosted checkout link — the same payment processor the website uses. You pay there, and your confirmation arrives by email. Dates are only held once payment completes.

The rental agreement

Before booking, your assistant presents the villa's rental agreement and cancellation policy and asks for your explicit acceptance with your typed full legal name — the same agreement guests sign on the website. The confirmation email restates the terms.

Your data

Booking requires only your name, email, and phone number, used solely to manage your reservation — see the privacy policy. Booking status lookups require both your booking id and email.
